How to request account deletion
If you'd like to delete your GuardianView account and associated data, follow these steps:
- Enter the email address associated with your GuardianView account in the form below.
- Click "Request Account Deletion" to submit your request.
- Our team will process your request and confirm deletion via email within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Device pairings and monitoring configurations
- Screen captures, audio recordings, and live session history
- Notification history and activity logs
What data may be retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal, regulatory, or safety reasons:
- Transaction and billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics — may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to your account.
